How ANYONE can run faster than Usain Bolt

Go up behind someone wearing a tap out t shirt, wrap round shades and maybe a shaved head.Tap them on the back and watch the look of terror on their face then watch as they sprint off! Probably do 100m in 8 seconds!

I often wonder how much drugs someone like top Olympic sprinter consumes.
The amounts surely aren't small. Probably sophisticated designer stuff though.

Sounds like what I have always thought it to be like.
Plus countries offer some of these athletes massive support for their training/drug protocols. Professional doctors and labs backing the supplementation.
The American Balco lab -case few years back definitely wasn't a unique thing.

I'm serious, I was impressed. He ran a 40 in under 5 seconds at his weight, that's impressive.
