So let me ask you this:
For the straight guy, assuming he has money and power covered, how would you rank the basic physical characteristics in terms of importance to women?
Facial looks
Physical development (let's assume we use a Brad Pitt/Daniel Craig physique as the penultimate for women, since that's what they want anyways)
Youth vs Maturity
Height
Grooming/Hair
Other (LOL...I know you know what I mean)

* women (I say so loosely, as I am not a woman) will rank it as such:

Height: most women do not like short men ( < 5'8 ), unless they are particularly short themselves. Short stature typically means (in their minds at least) that their children will be short as well and while standing next to a shorter man women become overly self-conscious.

Maturity: a man's maturity level determines how he treats a woman and others, women find this sexy, as it is also a sign of overall wisdom and experience throughout life.

Facial Looks: You're either born with a good looking face or you're not. An attractive face is easy on the eyes, is telling of what your children might look like and is your calling card before you even open your mouth. Women like this, but also accept the fact that over time, a good looking face will become average due to seeing it every day.

Physical development: how well developed you are is usually a result of genes + hard work and tells a woman how disciplined you are in attaining overall goals. You have a great build and she will assume that you have the necessary discipline to succeed in most aspects of life and that, in turn, your discipline can prove beneficial towards your ability to keep working towards the relationship.
NOW, if you're too physically developed, think IFBB pro or even an NPC competitor, this will be a turnoff for most women. They will assume that you are too conceited and overly consumed with the gym, when they would much rather have a man lift their legs up in the air as opposed to a barbell. Moral here is that there must be a balance..

Grooming: women like a man that is clean, well dressed and properly groomed. Luckily, this is something that she can work on with the man if she finds other aspects of him to be appealing enough.

Youth:this can be both good and bad. A young man smells of virility, strength, energy, stamina and sexual prowess. The problem with a young man is that he is more likely to cheat than an older man, simply because he gets more choices/options with women. Also, a younger man is typically not as mature and women find this to be a turn off. After having sex with a younger man for a few times, they lose interest and seek a mature man that can stimulate both their mind and body.

Penis size: This is a great way to catch a woman's attention. Unfortunately, you don't walk around with your penis exposed or with a sign that says how big your member is. While it would be a GREAT way to break the ice and make a woman want to sleep with you, women actually find that an average sized penis (around 6-7 inches with moderate girth) will do the trick so as long as a man knows how to use it in bed. Remember this quote by some random porn star, "A big cock is like an amusement park, you might enjoy visiting for the day, but you wouldn't want to live there".
Remember, this is just my opinion based on what countless amount of female friends (within the ages of 30-50) have told me over time regarding preferences in men.
