17-year-old sat on the bus in Värnamo in March this year when she wrote a status update on her Facebook about some people on the bus. 17-year-old used include words such as "immigrant invasion" and "monkeys" - which was a person who saw the post to report it.

The police report says the notifier that he took very upset by what has been written.

Recognizing but denies criminal

- There's not much to tell. I did not mean anything racist by it actually, she told police in questioning and explaining their update that "there were many foreigners and they sat and talked and cried on the bus."

The prosecutor wrote in the lawsuit that the 17-year-old has been through the post "expressed contempt for a group or other such group of persons with allusion to race, color, national or ethnic origin".

All the government has to do to justify killing it's own citizens is to tell us that he was a terrorist.... boom, no harm no foul, that evil terrorist was going to hurt us!

Who cares if he was a citizen? He was a terrorist? No proof? No biggie, just tell us that he was planning on doing bad stuff, and if we don't agree, we're unpatriotic or anti-government extremists.

Right now the concept of hate speech is very politically motivated, for instance, you don't see them arresting 18+ yo middle eastern muslims with "kill westerner" signs.  But a 17 years old white chick who types a few nasty names is fair game.
