the leg shot is over 2 years old and i'm 2% leaner while 10 pounds heavier in that other pic :)

now i have

in that above pic my arms were only 14.25 inches @ 154

so i'm only 6 pounds heavier but i've added nearly 2 full inches to each arm ;)

yeah my pecs are a bit behind now, but the UPPER BODY SQUAT of THE BARBELL BENCH PRESS will quickly bring them back to par ;)

and btw, my arm is 15.75 inches not 16

but still, that's not bad adding 1.5 inches to each arm while only going up in bodyweight 6 pounds
