Call blocking 
I called my phone provider, and since they are calling from a call center that scrambles the numbers(they're not the ones that show up on the caller ID), that they can't block them. I had to do a call trace, then note the time, and refer it to the police so that they can investigate. I'm sure they'll get right on it. Is there a place to take the number down from their call centers, a do not call list? I know there was one for cell phones a while back.
