I usually stay around 8%-9% year round at about 205lbs... Its really not that hard since I have been training for nearly 16 years i know what works best for me to stay lean. I do 2 a days year round 30min cardio before breakfast and lift in the evening about an hour to an hour and a half. When i do contest prep i usually dont change anything but cleaning up the diet REALLY well and up my cardio to 40 min. I am 37 and always get mistaken for being 25 as long as i keep the grey hairs on the sides short

My wife is 44 and she looks younger than me. I am thankful I am able to do this as I Manage a club so doing 2 a days isnt that hard...imo being under 10% year round is awesome. You can take the shirt off anytime....
