i can see them but they are deep

how can i make them stand out?


is bf% the only factor?

jay cutlet has zero of these, but he has a lot of tricep veins

Visibility of Veins, as almost anything, depends on genetics.
Of course low bf reveals them better on anybody. And high blood pressure helps too  :D

I'm over 50 and more vascular then ever.  My near 80 dad who does not train is still vascular.
