I get a half gallon of water in with my pre workout meal everyday. Probably have to tinkle 2-3 times on average every workout, especially upright row day or heavy neck bridge day.

It would be banned in every gym. That's just dirty and unhygienic. Members wouldn't put up with it. I know I would complain and probably cancel my membership
