I went to the store this morning, and a woman who was in the passenger seat of her car opened a can of soda, apparently didn't like the taste, and threw it out in the parking lot. Wasting said soda all over the place. As I take my cart back, she then opens a straw and throws it out over the hood of the car.
People have no home training...I wonder what her house looks like.

But there is one thing equally bad: people who walk their dog off leash and allow it to defecate anywhere and don't clean up after it.  You're walking along minding your own business and suddenly you come up on a large, fresh, stinky, lump of dog shit and have to catch yourself before you accidentally step into it.  The other day on the way from the parking lot to my gym, I had to dodge an obstacle course of at least 4-5 lumps of shit from different dogs.  All from owners who apparently saw nothing wrong with letting their dog take a dump on the public sidewalk and leaving it there.
