You still look like you lift and stay in shape in that picture. In fact you look better than 99% of the population, North American population at least. The average person is 20% easy over here. Maybe she was unfit herself, such people tend to not pick up things as well. If she was in shape she was just a bitch.

i lost 90 lbs in less than a month from 231 lbs down to 140lbs. not a good thing.
