Only fat you can have is from Olive oil as they contain polyphenols and help the stability of the arterial linings for a better pump while carb depleted.
Calories should be kept under 1050 calories a day.Its better than other diets that focus on protein and trace fats only as it fills the stomach with more food, allowing you to function at a higher rate than the lower calorie alternatives, with less felt hunger,resulting in more intensity in the gym.
Ron, please keep this thread up as I am a long standing member and feel that this would get anyone ripped, taking it down would not be shown to be being fair, democratic and sticking to the previous beliefs on what can and can't be posted on the boards.The book will be selling for 10 dollars, I am only putting a price on it so I can give the money to charity, I have no interest in money to line my pockets, who does?
