Wouldn't want to, risk of injury to great. Honestly when I concentration curl I use like 25lbs but its usually my 3rd exercise.

But props to you anyway, what weight can you concentration curl with good form?

not as terrible as I was expecting, but yeah I'm with Galli, no way would I do that kind of thing now I'm in my 30's, bicep tear just waiting to happen. esp with all the scar tissue in your arms shortening the muscle - don't get hurt trying to 'shut down' some random kids in the gym, they really don't give a fuck since they get to go home and party and fck college chicks...
