it's often hard to get back on track right away.

i knew my life was not the way i wanted it to be when dieting

even though i knew my diet was great for cutting

but i never felt enough energy, or somethign was lacking like i would have a great workout but a shitty day at work or vice versa..i wanted the best of both worlds i felt like it was possible and that it was truly the great challenge set before me in life

i like the challenge of eating whatever i want but also including the challenge of getting alot done at work while having a challenging workout every day
