Exactly. Since when is anyone legally obligated to put one self in harms way? Maybe the bus driver has a heart condition or something or just maybe he didn't want to get beaten to death by 3 men?

First mistake is allowing those guys on the same bus!  No witness protection at that school or a major ball drop so the beaten kids parents will trounce the school district in court.

Those thugs should be punished to the fullest extent of the law and then some!

Good News.  3 more blacks (aka cash crop of color) to be immersed within the criminal justice system until they rot in prison or have their heads splattered on a cracked sidewalk in a slummy side of town. The white kid, albeit with a few bruises, likely goes on to be a relatively productive member of society(job, pays taxes, etc..).

P.S. Clearly there needs to be castration programs for most blacks, and any and all people who depend on the welfare state for their monthly pay cheque.

This...  It has nothing to do with him being the bus driver, or policy.  When you see another person on the verge of being killed, and you can do something to help you do it.  Especially when you're an adult, and you witness a CHILD BEING ATTACKED.  Society wouldn't have accepted this 20 years ago, he would have lost his job.  

I only wish an armed George Zimmerman has been the bus driver...  :-\

Exactly, the main thing is his age, if any grade 6er is being attacked even by a lion I would die trying to save them, it is a child for crying out loud.

Look at planned parenthood, they are merely offering a fully legal medical procedure and the religious right is all over them.
