I have had him train regularly at my City gym when he is in Australia. Let me tell you a couple of things about Tiger Woods.
He has been taught very well and has incredibly good form in all functional lifts, eg cleans, high pulls etc.
He does not miss a workout. Even game day he is in early to "wake the body up"
He is extremely punctual with his program. If he says he will be there at 5AM, he is.
I have no reason to think he takes gear. When he looks like he is in shape it is because of all the points above. When he doesn't workout, like the rest of us he looks like crap.
