Every person thinks differently on this subject.
My opinion based on using GH for over 3 years is 8-10iu every day.
Depends on the quality though. If you are using REAL pharma GH, you can gain on 4-6iu.
It's not going to be a large muscle gain though. I saw a noticable increase in overall fullness off 10iu ED for a few months, but you need to run it for a long time to really see it shine IMO.
