I disagree. If someone dies doing something they love or even something they hate, it is so often due to negligence, recklessness, miscalculation, performing above one's capacity. In other words: safety first. If someone loves fishing and drowns because they drank a case of beer on the boat and refused to wear a life jacket, there is no glory in that. Wake up guys, and smell the coffee.

Would you consider it tragic to die doing what you loved? NO jokes. Just honest answers. How do each of you feel about dying while doing your passion?

I wouldn't consider it tragic.  I'd prefer to die surrounded by people I love.
