Yes? It's healthy enough within my daily micros, and to maintain my current lean mass. It's cereal that I have early in the morning, not before sleep.

Cereal is fucking delicious, but if I'm gonna eat shitty food, I'd rather save it for pizza and ice cream.

Jealous women, they get pissed that I drink a liter of Muscle Milk a day and still attain epic leans.

X2

Kashi has a cinnamon crunch cereal that is awesome. Good amount of protein too.
Kashi's Whole Wheat biscuits are a good jaw muscle builder...I swear after a bowl of these my temporalis muscles are bulging out.

Looks good man. I haven't even seen that flavor yet, I'll have to give it a try. I usually just eat kashi right out of the box.

It is good. They don't have much in the box...for something that cost 3.99-4.99, you sure don't get much. About 2-3 bowl fulls of cereal, 4 is stretching it.
Wholefoods usually carries it, or Safeway.

Yeah I think Safeway is "Tom thumb" where I am at. They make great cereal but always pricey and never on sale.

Primemuscle, I don't reckon you have to go with women to be a good daddy to a boy. You been real square-dealin' with me. The Bible says two men ought not lay together. But I don't reckon the Good Lord would send anybody like you to Hades.

Thanks for the vote of confidence. I am not sure what you are talking about, but your intentions seem to be good.

BTW what's your cereal of choice? Aside from Kashi, I am a longtime Cheerios fan. Never liked the sugar coated stuff myself. I am not one who is into sweets much.

Something tells me he generally has more of a craving for that "Chicken Champ", cole slaw and extra gravy.

Why does it seem a bit creepy when someone comes out of nowhere and offers to "save" you from something you don't necessarily believe in anyway? I didn't want to seem like an ingrate but I don't even believe in hell, so it is not like I worry about going there. I think he should stick to cereal and leave the bible and who lays with who out of it.  ::)

do you guys actually eat this stuff

I literally cannot remember the last time I had a bowl of cereal

but if I had to guess I would say college dorm food

I can't ever recall buying any cereal after college (we are talking 25 years ago) much less eating it
