this isn't good, your not gonna make it, you have to eat your meals to be a power full god of time

the first meal is the most important, yes you can eat the other meals delayed or even skip once in a while,

I think 4 meals per day is minimum

i typically eat

7 am

12:00 noon

5:30 pm

10pm

try to stuff myself pretty much with a lot of carbs and proteins

During my diet, i always ate 3 to 4 hours after my work out.
I take ephedrine prior to my workout and it suppresses hunger so I would take advantage of this time period until the hunger comes back. In a low cal diet the longer intervals between meals the better and no it does not take away or effect muscle and protein synthesis and that HS window BS
