hey parker, cedric is all mouth and you know it. i think the issue with roelly is over dieting. for the most part he just eats cucumbers and chicken from what i've seen on video, is always flat except for the one show he won.

Yeah, and that's why I think he isn't saying much anymore...that he needs to put up or shut up.
I think you are correct on Roelly, if he comes in full conditioned, he'll be top 10...he is the new Dennis James.

Physiques? In terms of how impressive they look? Then yeah, Beyeke or McMillan, together with maybe Ramy are best bodybuilders right now. But on stage they (except from Ramy) never looked anything special. Looking good in the gym or in clothes has nothing to do with looking good on stage.

I would NEVER want to look like Heath or Kai, never, ever. But Cedric? Sure. They still destroy him as a bodybuilders.
