My lastest stance on this subject is that all humans are the same, want the same things. There are good and bad people from all skin colors. It just appears that there are more bad people in the black and arab/muslim race than in any other race. I used to say that not all black people are worthless, only 9 out of tenm and I still stand by this statement as it is a simple reality.

Finally a post from you on which I can agree.

He donates half his wealth (if that's the case) to seeing an explosion in population in the third world.

The opposite.  The more educated and healthy and technologically advanced the society is, which is what he promotes, the birth rate in third world countries decline.

Do some research on birth rates and why they are so high among the poor and stupid.

no point in 'evangelical' secularism. The best you can do is promote people from within religion who have a progressive bent. Nothing else is effective, i.e. if you are seeking to be effective rather than venting frustrations or appearing superior to other people.

Neither.  Both should have the right to freedom of speech.  I can tell you who is the dumber of the two however.

I appreciate the communication, uberman. My only comment toward you, would be a recommendation to compel yourself to look toward the Good that we agree exists in full force.

I'm going to rank in order of annoyance:

1. All Muslims

2. Crazy Christian Extremists tied with Outspoken Atheists

Adonis. Will we take lessons in morality from Arthur C. Clarke?

Don't pretend that you didn't see this question, either. Answer it.

if you claim to be a humanist, you need to be sensitive to people's belief systems. You can't bulldoze the foundations of religion and expect a heartwarming invitation. You may also in the process try to reevaluate your incorrect assumptions about religion.
