Start with Burr and work your way up through his American Chronicles. 

His Book, Lincoln is exceptional.  Also, check out Kalki and Live at Golgotha.  Anything really.  But make sure you read Burr and Lincoln.  1876 is really good as well.

I recall seeing a copy of some show, that Hitchens was apparently hosting, where he was interviewing a bodybuilder and trying to get under the dude's skin, but the guy seemed completely unaffected by it. Does anyone remember anything about this?
