Been alternating between bodybuilding and KB/functional. KB are great for working strength and I even grabbed a 106 pounder.
Guys joke about this shit all the time and I may technically be considered
healthier but without a doubt, day in/out I consistently felt better at 214 compared 180-187 range. Want to get back to bigger shape but current schedule would never allow that many calories during the day.
