to compare accurate gh related facial changes with anyone you have to go back to before they ever used it and none of these pix are from then.
Even small amounts of gh will and does make cartilage (nose, ears, brow, hyoid, etc), and bone grow.
This isn't such a bad thing because doctors are now resorting to injections (only 3) into joints to rebuild cartilage so as to prevent surgery....
Further more, gh is now being studied to rebuild bone and get people with breaks (fractures) back to normal sooner than before.
So the (does it cause growth or not) is moot and anyone that believes or says it doesn't does not know anything about what they speak. It's a fact!
Unfortunatetly what you see in bodybuilders is them actually using ABUSIVE amounts of synthetic gh, igf etc to INDUCE acromegaly... They have acromegaly and the insides are even worse; the hearts are enlarged, organs enlarged (beyond healthy size), skin protien replication is waay out of control causing an alligator consistancy.
Too bad because it really is an amazing hormone but what you see here with bodybuilders is gross abuse.
