I look at these pics and say what the facial alterations worth the extra cash & the extra 30lbs ? it boggles my mind how Jay can look at past pics and then look in the mirror and not be freaked-the-f**k-out !! I guess its happens on a day-to-day basis so he & his wife never noticed it but man this is freaky and not in a good sense.

It's called ageing for crying out loud. The pics don't suggest that much of a change in my eyes. Nobody is going to look the way they did at the age of twenty, ten years later. Have you seen how much Titus has changed? That's more dramatic in my opinion.

^The GH has just accentuated his already elongated face.

His jaw growing has made his whole face look long.

His face looks puffier, but that's just because the AAS abuse has changed the consistency of his skin. That's something you can't change if you are in this game.

He looks amazing in that 1st pic.. nowhere near the size of a competing pro, but for an everyday body that's pretty close to perfect.

Weed u dont think his face has gotten a bit distorted since the big gh doses?

I agree he looks somewhat the same but then there are times when he looks really weird...Maybe the level of face bloat scews things

He's always had a strong jaw line. IF steroids cause insane mandible growth ( I know that they cause somewhat of a spurt, I'm not ignorant to that), then why doesn't Ronnie have a 10 inch chin, and a 32 inch cranium?

Ronnie may have shown less signs of this??? Maybe he is just a mutant but i also think pics of Ron from 99 compared to now face wise there is a difference.....Maybe it is just the various stages of water retention that give Jay that weird look...... Look at Comiers head it was not like that before.....

I say this because my college roomate had a ridiculously strong jaw line.....He had been put on growth hormone therapy a few years before because as a freshmen in highschool he was like 70 lbs.....The kid looks absolutely nothing like his pictures leading up to the therapy..... weird
