It's not like there is a dominant champ who can't be beat.  Jay at his best can beat heath. I like heaths physique better.. but I'm not a judge. I think Kai gets old this year,  he's had the pedal down for a whike now. Rhoden is incomplete and has funny looking arms. Ramy will be huge and look great, he should seek counsel from Dennis Wolf on how it feels to take it up the ass when you look better than anyone else.

thats why kai needs it now or he will go down each yr as others improve ,he jumped very fast and grew a ton.wolf has seen it he peaked now he's penciled in 5th and up to 10th cause they have seen his best and his worst he can't dial it in like 07/09.

I am starting to get this vibe as well. He is big, hard and does his job like a metronome. Not a fridge fan but Jay has grown on me over the years. Very disciplined and consistent. You have to admire this.

Yep.  can't deny the guy's professionalism and work ethic.  And judging from the pics and videos, it seems to be in fashion to say he's tired and shot..maybe people should open their fucking eyes....he looks pretty damn good to me. Everything you said about Jay is 1000% true, his work ethic is second to none !!! He takes this shit serious !!! But with that being said "Jay's very best" has come and gone. By himself he looks great, but i think standing next to Kai, Rami and Phil he'll look smaller and less full. Just my opinion
