Was that when Pumping Iron was filmed? 'Cause I think that might be the best he ever looked.

I think Arnold looked best when he was slightly smaller but super lean in 1980.

All lighting and angles. Arnold was a fat fuck by bodybuilding standards when he was 18. Compare his physique then to the one that won the Olympia in '72. Huge difference in quality and you don't get that way by training half-assed.

agreed 18 and early 20's

remember he starter training when he was like 12 and starter juicing at 14 or so.

Truth is he never reached his potential, every pro bodybuilder reaches his peak in his 30's Arnold wanted out by 1974 (age 27) he did the 75 MrO for the exposure and pumping Iron. But was already losing size.

Same goes for Ferrigno, he retired at age 24!!!!! Lou probably could have won the O from 1976 to 1990.
