Yep, mid 90's. He left powerlifting because of injury, but still did a bit of coaching as of a few years ago. Here's how he looked about 10 years back -

He did - that's the only reason I've heard of him.

Weird that you guys brought him up so recently. Sorry to inform you, if not read elsewhere, but he passed away recently after suffering injuries in a car accident. Really nice, down to earth guy, will surely be missed.

Knew him personally. This is very sad news. Chris was a decent and friendly man.  :(
