Not a Cain fan, are you?

Cain to reproduce another punishing 5 round beating on a one dimensional DOS Santos.(possibly a submission in 3rd to 4th rd)
Daniel Cormier to beat up Roy Nelson, Nelson will just absorb punishment while gassing and looking for a massive overhand haymaker, Cormier for the win by decision.  I actually want Nelson to win, I just don't think he has the cardio to match Cormier, also Cormiers wrestling is just too good.
Melendez vs Sanchez should be a barn burner, Melendez to win by decision after intense back and forward battle.
Gonzaga to KO Jordan, but could easily be the other way around
Dodson to win on points, just to athletic
Boetsch to KO Dolloway
Lombard to KO Marquadt
George Sotiropoulos win by submission, neither fighter can afford to lose, both fighters had respectable win streaks before falling in a slump.

Don't care about the women fights or the prelims.

Cain Velasquez def Junior dos Santos TKO (Round 5, 3:09)
Daniel Cormier def. Roy Nelson, Unanimous decision (30-27, 30-27, 30-27)
Gilbert Melendez def. Diego Sanchez, Unanimous decision (29-28, 29-28, 30-27)
Gabriel Gonzaga def. Shawn Jordan, Knockout (Round 1, 1:33)
John Dodson def. Darrell Montague, Knockout (Round 1, 4:13)
Tim Boetsch def. CB Dollaway, Split-decision (30-26, 27-29, 30-26)
Hector Lombard def. Nate Marquardt, TKO (Round 1, 1:48)
KJ Noons def. Geroge Sotiropoulos, Unanimous decision (29-28, 29-28, 30-27)

Called them all except George Sotiropoulos, and I only chose him because I am an Aussie, I knew they were evenly matched, but George has been in a slump, and I heard he got his ass knocked out by a B Grade Trainer behind the scenes on the Australian Ultimate Fighter.

fight was obviously fixed, I see no other reason why Cigano would stay standing still during the whole fight asking to be bulldozed agaisnt the cage all the time.

Don't get me wrong, he's a good fighter, but his approach with JR to lay on him against the cage is just fucking boring and not strategic at all, mind numbing.

JDS is a good guy. I hope the best for him. But he NEEDS to come to the US and train with American wrestlers. Bjj is best WITH wrestling skills. Would totally improve if did.

JR looks to get easily frustrated and looses his forward aggression when he starts getting hit.

junior could beat him every once in a while

if he can somehow match his pace, he could probably beat cain consistently

this fagget was already with his hands down standing still in RD one. Its like he didnt even want to be in the octagon in the first place.

Fighting at that level, one should NEVER drop his hands, it was like JR was giving Cain the go ahead to manhandle him.

I think that was his strategy. He probably knows he would have lost a boxing match with Junior, so he ties him up and beats him against the cage, like Randy used to. Maybe not the most exciting strategy, but a strategy nonetheless.

No?

But suffers Ménière's disease, a crippling disorder that affects the inner ear, causing extreme vertigo, terrible nausea, low-pitched tinnitus, and hearing loss.  For those who have never experienced vertigo it is frightening, you can't stand up and you can be perfectly still and the whole world spins constantly, your eyes can't focus and you can't even stand up..  After the vertigo attack passes you are left with crippling nausea.  It is a very disabling fairly unknown condition.

Hands are low to defend the takedown. Its a give and take strategy. No solution with the given skill set. Gotta make best with what you have.

bullshit, you dont stand still when you are trying to defend a takedown. He was supposed to fucking circle, not walk backwards in a straight line until Cain was all against him over the fences.
