Dex has exceptional genetics, though. He's an aberration.

That and I believe he was "smarter" with his usage, didn't play the size game and probably didn't "abuse" the shit out of drugs. Still abuse at that level but compared to Coleman, Kai, Phil, who played the mass monster game will burn out sooner or later quickly. Phil better nab as many titles before health and age decline

Dexs longevity proves he slowly added mass over the yrs and if u look when he does his back double bi or front most muscular, he's one of the only few who still has striations all over his delts

Just heard Dave say u can not grow your legs after the age of 40; only maintane what u have.
Is this accurate? ???

You certainly cant do heavy squats ( I WOULD not recomen it) I'm 40 and been training since age 15...

If you want to keep your hips,knees,lower back  healthy stay away from it.

Two names that immediately come to mind as having bigger legs in their 40s than in their 20s or 30s are Francis Benfatto and Lou Ferrigno.

Yes, but so were their upper bodies which indicates more overall drug use.

Most gbers don't train legs.
