yep!! but I haven't ran it in awhile, prob at least a few months, I did something diff this time, no gh, but I always used n****c's gh, I usually pull the slin but I dieted on slin this time so I am still above 240 - albeit 242lbs in the pic
You need to step it up and by adult footwear.
