and is afraid to do what it takes to get there.

when im dead shredded, its 90-95kgs.

my permabulker self was 115-120kgs.

go figure.and im not huge or anything.

he weighs less than i did when i wasd a teenager who didnt even know what ppl do in gyms.

yet thinks thats possible fr him.

hes beyond the point of possible, age is becoming a factor, when young, can run gramms of gear and bulk without any health issues ,later on, not so much.

the hilarious thing is, he has no idea how far behind he is, he would have to literally be born again and start from there

lets say like this, it helps to get there, and helps to get there faster.

the negative aspect is, has to be with somewhat clean foods,or itll be way too much fat gbained.

in your case , not really needed, i wouldnt mess up what you have,thats solid build which will go long ways with increased doses.
