The children's poverty rate in based on stats that include the insane amount of Mexican kids that live in Texas and attend the schools.  Same thing with the illiteracy rate.  I would suspect a Nancy Pelosi and Jerry Brown loving liberal to put down this great state.

we have a high population of illegals here and they have kids here and it allows them to stay and we have to pay for that oh hell no . And polite he was.  Once he learned what cognac was, he had one for me the very next day.  He had worked there about a year, and had never heard of it.  35 years old.  These things happen.  In Texas.  But everyone is polite.

TeX mex is Mexican food according to the USA real Mexican food is corn tortillas and cactus and cheap parts of the animal mainly goat , but you have money its plenty of beef . When I was working down there , some clients for TransCanada were discussing they couldn't wait to eat some real Mexican food , so I put my drink down and leaned to them and said y'all ain't getting any enchiladas down here and they looked at me puzzled as I lifted up my drink I raised a brow right at them and carried on ..
