Those scooters should be banned. I have purchased 100's of those carts for the company I work for. Depending on the manufacturer and model the max weight of rider runs from 185 to 275. We purchase ones with foam filled tires so when the 400+ lard fuck gets on it the tires don't pop. But we have to replace batteries due to the drag on them from the weight and replace seats. We do not opt for seat belts because they do not come long enough for the big uns. Pretty sad.
