  Great posts Dundat. Thank you.

No problem my man.

In the end, theres good and bad of every race, gender, creed and color. Not all Serbs are bad, not all are good, same goes with Croats, Bosnians, etc....they really just need to let it all go. Leave the past in the past. Respect each other and leave each other alone. They shouldn't demand things that aren't theirs to begin with and whatever other bullshit the minority causes.

It'll take time as those that lost loved ones get older and pass on. Hopefully the future generations can learn to make it work.

I have nothing invested in this so itll be hard but I appreciate the truth and facts as much I can gather them. You know this from all my posts on the political board. I didn't always take the most popular opinion but one I felt was just. I think you're very much the same way and that's why we got along.  ;D

Peace. lol

There is no doubt that the main reason for the US intervention was for its own worldwide dominance. Humanitarian reasons were not at the forefront of its mission but it still does not take away from the facts as to what had occurred there.

The US took advantage of the situation there for its own gain on the world platform.

dundat, are you denying that the whole of croatia suckered up to the nazi regime during ww2?

are you aware of that.

they been their lapdogs.

yes,the serbs too.

and yes the partisans were started in croatia, see, this is unbiased.

youre just making it sounds in your first post as if croatia has or never had any ties whatsoeever to the nazi regime.

i hate these discussions, and thats all ill say.

govts did stuff, the common ppl followed or not, in order to survive.

every one is different.

maybe some 100 years later the ba;lkan ppl can finaly get over that.its soon gonna be 100 years, this is pathetic.

With respect, you seem to have the inability to separate what happened in the 1940's and what happened in the 90's. They are separate events and should be treated as such although that's what causes much of the problems over there, the inability of the people of that area to simply... let it go.

No, the whole of Croatia was not suckered up to the Nazi regime as is clarified in your next statement.

I agree, I don't like getting into these long debates either, I also agree with the rest of your commnets. I have nothing personal against you and would like to keep it civil.

yah its a very good and funny movie, its actualy anti war movie, but bc the subject is soo touchy, there will be conflicted views.

but the movie, how it made, is brilliant.

dundat btw ,im not even a serb, im about as serbian as borat is.
im part croat though.

the 90s was "just" a contunation of the ww2 conflict, however kept regionaly.

you say communism sucks?ok but the nation was more socialist, it wasnt ruled by lenin.

and look what the nationalists of all 3 main sides have done.

yah i dont feel like talking about this anymore, its no good for the nerves.

So you are a mix of Croat and Montenegrin?

Never said it was ruled by Lenin but it's parties associated with communism despite any other name.  Oppression of any kind during that time is not something I deem a leap in human evolution,  thus I consider it a failure, (not that it's current economic state is better. )

 Croatia Nazi

I refuse to admit Yugolsavia is gone. So I still use the name.

Amigo we exchanged a email or 2, and we agree on a lot of things.
But this time you went over the top, or looks like CroCop type mucho hombre have than something physical to you ?.
As a pretend to be ex US soldier you repeated several time: I love Serbia & made very much anti American/Nato
statement.
Real ex military man would never talk BS.
Suggestion, visit Split (again) & call local Croatian boys with insulting name, or visit Kosovo,Montenegro & try your luck.

Like you don't know that several Croats brigades a together with theirs American buddies in Afganistan.

And WHO a you to call them Nazi.
OBW, it was Yugoslavia not Yugolsavia.
OBW 2, real martial artist would not expose his abilities or ranking.

Albania is NATO member country & they would die together with American soldiers if is needed.

Croats state of Dubrovnik (Dubrovniks Republic) was the 1st country which officially recognized
American Independence.

Only 8 weeks ago Nato War Games "Slunj 2014" ended in Croatia,Nato brigades from the US,locals,Slovaks,British,etc,... participated.
Small "guest" contigent of Montenegrans army  (soon to be Nato member ) was there too.
Several Montenegros army officers a in Afganistan with Croats MP brigade.

Regarding to that soccer match (Croatia-Island), young croats player Mateo Kovacic is the new Maradona
with his ball abilities driving trough 5 Islands players twice.........now I see why he plays for Inter Milan.
