Should I take some kind of joint supplement now while they're still good, or is that a waste?

J.Falcon?

Yes bro. Blunts, bowls and joints are good to supplement with food. The fresher the joint the better. Hope this helps. Not just for young neeguls. Works great for the white and old neeguls also.

The very best thing you can do for joints is to intake a lot of gelatin.

This absolutely works....I know seniors who had crippling joint problems, started eating jello every day, and felt 100% better.

I eat sugar free, but I eat a fair amount of it, and I've never had any joint problems.

I like it as well with homemade whipped cream.

I've told tons of people this and the ones that have tried it love and it and will eat jello for a lifetime.

Sure, it can't hurt.  Their efficacy is unclear but it's unlikely you'll hurt yourself.

Stretch, don't use full ROM, and keep the weights modest.  That'll keep ya limber

BTW I wasn't lying the other day when I posted in one of your threads that I blazed up with a chick in her car outside a club. Class winning bikini competitor too.

Cool, I do stretch (seems like I'm the only person to ever do it).

Don't use full ROM though? You sure about that?

I stretch for 15 minutes everyday. I also stretch in between sets when lifting.

It feels great, and I'm quite flexible.

Were you always flexible?  Did stretching noticeably help?

I've tried stretching so many times... it always feels horrible and I can't stick with it.

Imho, Cissus works a lot better than glucosamine/chondroitin.

My opinion, I know many will disagree though.

Take the bench press.  Locked out, all the weight is on your elbows.  If you touch your chest with the bar, well, that's 2-3" further ROM than your shoulders wanna go.... and there is only minimal tension on the muscle at that point.  But if you avoid the extremes of the ROM, just moving the weight in the middle 80% of the range of motion, you'll keep the stress on your muscles and not your joints.

Next time you're by a mirror, mimic a bench press and take a look from the side.  Your shoulders don't want to go past the point where your upper-arm is about parallel with your torso.  You have to really force your arms back to get your hands to your chest.  We don't notice while benching bc all of the weight is pushing your arms down for you.

I figure if your body doesn't want to go that way without weight, adding a couple hundred pounds is just asking for shoulder troubles

Okay, I see what you're saying. I don't lockout on bench press because it seems to completely take the load off the muscles. Good point, I probably am working the shit out of my shoulders because I know exactly what you mean.
