may i suggest a fucking awesome excersice to build the deltcaps?
side laterals in a pyramid, 3 sets of dumbells light, medium and heavy 
do 8 reps in a pyramid up and down without rest: 8 light,  8 medium, 8 heavy, 8 medium and 8 light...40 reps total and thats one set, do 3 or 4 of them. 
got the tip from a girl with awesome delt caps and it was from that she got them she said, i started to do it 3 months ago and it works fucking good. i always start with that excersise now
