Just because someone is "small" and weighs less than 200lbs does not mean he is natural.
This guy might be natural or not, this is not the point here... I just think it's very naive to think that someone HAS to be natural just because he is below a certain height to weight ratio.
You can never know if someone is truly natural unless you're very close and even then it might be a lie... there is just a point when it becomes clear that someone is certainly using steroids.
This whole debate is pretty useless anyway... even if that body was build without juice then by no means would that be a guarantee that another person could achieve the same.
Genetic is a very big part of bodybuilding, the sooner you realize and accept this the more likely it is that you will end up satisfied with your results. Of course your genes should not be used as an excuse for lack of discipline but those people that constantly lie to themselves are losers anyway.
Most of the guys that TA presents us as natural bodybuilders on here are - natural or not - simply do not display a realistic and achievable goal for the average joe and that is not just because of genetic predispositions but also because of an average joes lifestyle (working 8 to 4, having a social life, not completely focused on bodybuilding..).
