I got rid of my cable...I just wanted to have the networks but the cable company has gotten wise to this ands want to buddle up somew other shit channels with it so you have to pay more..I'm going exclusively to computer TV watching

Yes....for instance, I got tired of paying for cable just to watch breaking bad and the walking dead.......so I got rid of cable, and had my daughters hook the computer to the TV and find a free website to watch them on line.......plays perfectly.......and its free......The average kid knows how to circumvent everything technology wise

I cut cable completely, put an antenna on my house, bought a couple of roku boxes for streaming hulu and netflix.  For cable I was paying $150-$175/mo.  Now I pay about $20.  Plus the uncompressed hd signal from the antenna is better than any cable or satellite signal I've seen and I've used Grande Communications, Time Warner, AT&T UVerse, DirecTV and have seen Dish at friends' homes....nothin compares to the antenna.  the roku device is also outstanding.

thats cool..and guess what?...my daughter showed me something new this week..with google chrome you can plug it into the TV and she can go to any streaming website on her smartphone and whatever she streams on her phone will show on the TV!!!!....and its clear as day.....awesome.....so now we are transitioning to that
