i was 268 but i was lacking energy and appetite was increasing
my diet his high carbs whenever i want lowish fat
now a secret i found is if i wake up TOO early like 4 but i cant go back to sleep what i do is drink 2 beers then consume baking soda and start working out, i find i wont need a nap the whole day, ill have a crazy appetite for carbs so i eat those carbs up, potatoes, yams cereals fat free breyers icecream ect ect rice ect. i tend to have even more productive workouts on these days
my shoulder is healing i was doing too many wide right hooks so doing alot more kicks and lunges and rows
