Why is that Gal? I use to string together low 5 minute miles running while being able to post respectable lifting  totals. I would never consider what I do now to be impressive to a 20 something but in the mid 50's age bracket I can't beat most of my age group.  I made my living because of my physical attributes spending 28 years in military boots in an elite unit. All I can say is as you kids say, Whatever. Take your drugs and use your rationalization that everyone uses drugs as your crutch.  Just know in the end you are using because of a lack of self esteem and a little boy that wants to be recognized as a man.

  Yea      very scary      had kidney stones starting nov 4th     just getting better   been to the hospital a lot


 all I can say, is that the back pain from this, has been the worst pain in my life


 and I was an athlete   I blew out both knees, broken many bones, had many a surgery,
