no stunt actually abe goldberg  new york bodybuilder. he  ran a gym in nyc owned by joe weider. weider accused him of cheating him but could never prove it.

I don't know why society has deemed the 6 pac the "threshold of sexiness" on a male.

Brad Harris was an incredible trainer. He had no interest in competing. He trained for his movies that were mostly made in Europe. I train like him in that he did a lot of running along with his lifting. Unlike him I lift weights for my legs and he said running was enough for legs. He would do both interval sprints and distance runs. He said he trained over time with every method but settled on doing three exercises in general per body part for 3 sets of 12.
