Probably NOT Narcissitic PD. They already think they are perfect or wonderful.  Most likely low self esteem, body dysmorphic disorder, OCD, co morbid conditions.

LOL.  Talk about defensive.  Why don't you just come out and admit you have a mental disorder instead of deflecting and pointing the finger at others.  We all know it isn't normal to quaff copious amounts of drugs to exaggerate normal levels of muscularity and then to shave all your body hair, paint yourself with fake tan and parade around onstage in tiny briefs.  It's the physical manifestation of some pretty serious psychological insecurities, you don't need to be Freud to work that out.

Not everybody who lifts weights does so for the above reasons.
ya I do have a mental disorder Einstein but so does everyone else in other dangerous endeavors, its called having a life and doing something instead of sitting on your ass 24-7 typing on a key board like you do with nothing to do cause you are scared pussy who is frighten of everything.

The point is everything in life is pointless, what makes mountain climbers any different, its all the same shit, who gives a fuck.

fucking classic fake story good post bro
haha ;D

as for the topic, lets blame the advertisment industry, all those 6packed magazine cover models.

not to meantion the socalled fitness mags cover athletes who are on all drug bufet in sight, yet not mr o size, then ppl say yah something like this is just right, its not too much.

and so it starts, the first dbols are popper, the first injection follow eventualy, then 1 year in, 20lbs gained in the face alone, reality strikes.

progress, nowhere near fitness mags cover models, hell not even means health cover territory for many.

the base is vanity, with the permabulkers its something deraile forever though.

Well, I guess it depends on how you look at it. Both mountain climbers and bodybuilders engage in a relatively dangerous profession. However, there may be a difference between climbing a mountain and pumping your body full of drugs while some 80 year old schmoe ejaculates on your face.

Everything is about degree, and if I had to put money on it, I would say mountain climbers are probably more stable than bodybuilders.

ROFL.  Bodybuilders can be so sensitive.  I wonder if mountain climbers get so upset when people ask if it is a mental disorder that fuels their drive to climb mountains?

I had a shitty dad and was very skinny and also had poor self confidence and self image. After bodybuilding I actually have confidence and feel good about myself and I don't need drugs for that.

Girls and sons who have not been loved by their fathers seek attention once teens and adults to compensate for what they didnt have originally. Fathers either left them alone, or were distant most of the time and not encouraging them. Some even despised them which would shape their personality and the way they d interact with others for the rest of their life.
They are extremistic in everything they do, always looking exageratly for attention, and have troubles adapting to society's rules, because they also have troubles defining their own identity and respecting authority and hierarchy.

Also boys who got picked on by others during childhood and adolescence -often sons without a father figure- try to compensate by lifting weights, to develop muscles and survive in ther male world. They re insecure because they re girly, childish, feminine having been raised by a single mom. They lift obsessively hoping it will transform them into men, to compensate for their lack of influence from a father figure that was not there. Unfortunaltey they can get as big as they can it doesnt cure their insecurity and who they truly are, how they grew up being raised by a single mom. They re no as manly as other men whatever they do, and they often have a big lack of masculine presence they dont know how to balance, hence often being borderline homosexuals while trying to get their manhood back thru various manly activities (mma, cars, weight lifting etc). They are often the ones that, in order to get respect from other males will go the steroids route to get even "bigger" attemptint to cure their insecurity , but being natural not being "enough", they still feel "too small", insecure, amongst other males. The lack of a father figure also often means they didnt have guidance to continue studies and are often working shitty manual jobs.

what mental disorders do people who hate bodybuilders yet post on bodybuilding forums all day have.

I like your comment. -Perhaps muscle envy or for some penis envy. Either way, it is clearly a love/hate situation, which is a sure sign of mental health issues.

psys dont give a fuck about their clients, they re just clients. Pretending they give a fuck is part of the job. They re paid "friends" who listen to you for an hour, if you pay them. And once it's done, you realize they re not really, your friends cause they ll only listen to you again if you pay them.

Which is why people see them. Most people don't want to spill their guts to their friends. A psychologist or psychiatrist is a much safer bet. Because they are not your friend, they can and often are much more objective. Friends have a vested interest in their relationship with you so they are apt to be less honest in their communications. The same is true for family, only more so.

Before the age of 35, i never had any issues and thought people with issues were weak.

Never did i believe (or could ever imagine) that i would have more issues than ever after 35 years of age! :D

psys arent objective... they follow their own guidelines. For example heterosexual single psys strongly advise their clients to go the heterosexual single path, cheating heterosexual psys advise their clients to go the cheating heterosexual path , married heterosexual psys advise their clients to stay in couple and do their best to repair them, homosexual psys advise their clients to try everything because they re not satisfied  and so on... in the end whatever their level of education, the tools they acquired,  they still advise their clients based on their own beliefs, experience first and foremost. Which means you re just paying someone who use his tools -that can be found in any psychology, psychoanalysis book- and his education to brainwash people with his own beliefs.

Psys say everything that will make the client feel better, and fact is they all say the same stuff. And you pay them for that. They ll mostly tell you to only care about yourself and to ignore others. They re somewhat atheist pastors.
While pastors/religious people have the interest of the religious group, of the families, as a whole in mind and wont tell you to only focus on yourself. Also they dont need your money and you re not forced to pay them.

lol actually you re completely wrong on all points. First, what we have in our mind are strategies of survival, they re considered "bad/evil/abnormal" by societies only if they fail to get you to success. If you successfully use these strategies of survival and dominate others without getting caught, people will admire you and try to steal them to reproduce them. How do you think people get at the top lol. Working and being nice? Nah. They use strategies that would be labelled as "mental illnesses" in most psychology books.

Secondly everyone lifts weights in the beginning to get big cause they re insecure cause they feel like they have to improve their defenses. As animals we all lift weights to get stronger, bigger, to improve our panel of defensive , intimidating weapons.
