Impossible to say because it all comes down to use vs abuse.

Most who self dose steroids use too much and as a result get unnecessary sides.

Guess it would depend on what kind and the route of administration.  If you are a retard like dj181 and do only orals, then yes it would be WAY more harmful.  Methylated compounds are super hepatoxic.  But using a TRT dose of injectable test is no way more harmful than snorting coke and drinking booze.  NO WAY.  Massive doses, yes, but TRT low dose is not as harmful as coke and booze and heroin.

This to a tee.

It's how you use it. All can be done responsibly. All can be done irresponsibly.

I have no experience with steroids though. The rest I've done "responsibly".

This would be my guess as well.

Coke is gnarly for your body

My guess is if Gal was in front of the Doc because coke fucked up his sinuses and not because his kidney flared up he would have said cocaine is worse.

Doc wants people to not do any of the above

Not really...nothing that has manifested itself just yet anyway.. I'm a healthy person.

My personality is different now than when I was younger...nothing really gets me mad now where I used to flip the fuck out when I was getting fucked up all the time. I was mad at myself for living a shitty life and took it out on other people.

I tend to believe that.  bad hangovers, liver hurting for a bit, dehydration - you overdo it with alcohol, you're sick for a day, and your body recovers in a day or three (in case of an awful hangover).

using test... well, we have all known 24 year old kids that stay on way too long with heavy doses, then lose 1/6 of their body weight when they finally come off... not to mention they look/feel like shit for a month, can't get it up, etc.

Coke, I've never used so I have no idea.

I have nothing against those that use steroids, I'd like to see it legalized.  But I do think if it was, the # of college kids that end up with a shot liver or impotent or whatever, would be skyrocketing.  Rare is the case of a kid actually drinking himself to actual body damage.  Of course, i'm just guessing, I"m no expert.  Maybe the best way to explain it is, "If you misuse/abuse both substances for 2 months, which will leave you in worse shape?''.    And I don't know the answer to taht.

Im not talking crack or heroin use

Impossible to say since it's all relative to the amount (use vs abuse) as well as the user, since it all boils down to the amount of spacegoats involved.

Being very over weight is more dangerous then both and many steroid users are 50-100lbs over weight . Statistically being over weight, and alcohol will kill you before anything. The dangers of alcohol are greatly under rated.
The LD 50 of alcohol is very close to common recreational use compared to other substances also extremely high number of accidental deaths are associated with alcohol. Drinking kills more people then all other recreational drugs combined

I'm also guessing that my current TRT dosage of test (plus diet, weights and cardio) is less harmfull than being a morbidly obese cokehead binge drinker, which I was until age 30.

Go out for a big night, body is under stress for a night then a few days to recover

Go on a cycle of test, body is under stress for months at a time, takes months to recover

However people on gear usually take better care of themselves so that could even out a lot

Know the feeling, drugs and booze accelerate it immensely. Hard to control your emotions when in that state of mind...
