Seriously...but only they know the truth. They could've been living very unhealthy lives.
I had a heart attack at 36, would have died if I hadn't called 911 right away, I ended up flat lining during my first angio plasty but thankfully made it through that ordeal.
Who the hell knows what goes on with people, I had a congenital birth defect coupled with a blood clotting disease that brought on the attack, both of which I was previously unaware of. Chest pains are no joke, I didn't want to believe it at first, especially at my age, but thankfully I was quick to call 911 instead of just seeing if it would pass. The doctors later told me if I had waited to call I would have been dead. 100% blockage in 3 of my arteries.
