Dustin, you sound like a real libtard pussy.. You want another industry to completely die under government regulation? Whats your job? What do you do for income?

That said, this "kid" and his clearly government aid mom and house are just wishing they can get into a life changing lawsuit against that can alleviate them from what is actually a pretty comfortable lifestyle: Welfare!

In court, they will discuss just how extensive this liver damage was and that will be interesting.  He likely h as a fatty liver, yes even at age 17 it happens, especially to someone that has been FAT their whole life.  The supplement industry is under attack constantly by consumers & lawyers, the pharmaceutical industry who's right in bed there with the US govt.  They do not want people to have options outside medicine and this new bullshit healthcare program, that is yes, turning into another big fat lie by our govt. This year has been horrible in the headlines to the industry and it all goes to the bigger picture to the people: "Let us handle your health! Oh, and those vitamins, they're poison. Here, have some Lipitor that will give you major fatigue and maybe a stroke instead"!

Dustin, do you trust the government to make ANY decisions for you?  Do you trust them to make the right decision for what you want to do to or with your body?  People dont blindly walk up, grab a bottle of something, spend their own money (in this case, the kid was spending his hard earned welfare cash), and go pop pills.  They do it on their own discretion.  Message im saying is, this didnt cause his liver issues. He's also got choices on what to do and buy to get his fat ass in shape.  Popping green tea isnt the first thing he should be doing either.

I took Jungle Warfare when it was laced with some d-bol like oral compound. The gains I saw DEFINITELY weren't natty. Got a few bottles of the old stuff and a couple of the new one. The reformulated stuff absolutely sucked.

Proof doosh bag? Or you're just talking shit?

It's not about the government making decisions for anybody, it's the government ensuring that supplement manufacturers are responsible for having their products meet label claims.

Supplement companies can put anything into their products, call it something else, and no one will be the wiser.  This needs to stop

And the existence of class action suits are proof of what exactly?

That a group of lawyers got organized is all. Not proof of anything specifically. Greed is usually the most common factor.

That's a strong jump, Seany boy. So amazing how you can deduce all of my political views in just a single post!

No, I don't like the government strong arming and shutting down industries. And none of my views are aligned with libtard pussies... maybe when I was 17 years old they were but I've smartened up. The supplement industry is based 100% on exploiting consumers. They sell snakes oils that they aggressively promote and make the most outrageously false claims. That's something that I think needs to stop.

Also, I'm not saying the pharmaceutical industry has their hands clean at all. They do the same things but with billions of dollars and tons of backers to do it a bit more cleanly. But hey, at least the sample size is far greater and word travels a lot quicker when it comes to drugs. Pharmaceutical companies aren't saints, but I'd trust them over Joe Blow who took out a $10,000 home equity line of credit to buy steroid powders from China and market them as pro hormones or even natural supplements.

Thats the same case with food. Any nutrition label isnt 100% accurate, and near impossible to make one so. Any recipe that requires human hands and calculations to make or natural whole food items to make will never be 100%. Oh and thats before your count a bug or rat shit that drops in there and someone sneezed some flem into during production.  Its an unsafe, non-sterile world out there! Deal with it. Human intelligence followed by your GI Tract sorts most this shit out. Pun intended.

Ever looked at a bag of tilapia? Package of ground beef? Country of origin: Mixed, USA, Mexico, Canada. Fish same thing: product of China, Philippines, Thailand. Awesome!

Why pick on the supplements? They're the same thing. Food items!  Not all supplements are creatine, pre-workouts, and fat burners fellas. There is literally 20,000 more skus on the market, aside from those three things.

Again, proof of these Joe Blow's takign out lines of credit to adulter supplements?

Name one industry that doesn't use naivety or misinformation amongst its consumer base to market their products and you can maintain your statements about the supplement industry.  You and many others just turn to become haters when they didnt deliver what you expected then you set out to "inform" the world what a waste of time and money you experienced.  This is then followed by, "ill just juice and eat".  Great idea!  Because steroid abuse and mass calorie consumption is all the better?  I just dont follow the hater-logic.

Label claims will always be shifty. But if I buy a fish, vegetable or fruit at the market I know that what I go home with is at least that item I intended on purchasing. I'm not going to buy a 40lb turkey only to find out that it's actually 40lbs of lettuce. That's the difference. The supplement industry is outrageously making false claims, even selling designer DRUGS and claiming that they're natural. That's a little much, and I'm sure you would at least agree on that.

If anyone wanted to buy some shitty vitamins or creatine I think they should be able to. They should be able to waste their money on that shit. But they shouldn't be put in harm's way. And something needs to be said about the outrageous claims. I normally want as little government interference as possible, but this industry has run amuk and needs regulation - that's something I normally never say.

Proof? Any proof what what you say about "drugs in supplements" outside of internet headlines from free websites?

Reminder: The FDA tends to refer to any chemical as a drug that doesnt fit in their their existing pharmacopeia. Thats painting it with a broad brush, but I gotta go.  Its bogus man. They're ramping up to introduce more regulation soon so they can attempt to control the situation.  Same people that want to lock up up for selling unpasteurized milk but are glad to introduce rice and fish raised in shit water in China into our food supply while we've got enough land and economy here to do jsut the same.  As long as the money is right...  FDA. Dont buy into their shit.

Were you ever on bodybuilding.com before? I used to post religiously and there were so many overnight startups. Look at that Ross Jew that everyone destroyed on this board. His daddy funded him some cash and he came out with a whole line of absolutely shitty supplements. And look at all the designer steroids out there. Have you ever heard of those company names? Neither have I. That's because they're shell companies. People who run other companies start up new ones, buy shitloads of designer roids from a warehouse floor in China and sell it until they get shut down.

There were some pretty cool witch hunts on bodybuilding.com back in the day. They were fun. People tracked down the company owners and exposed some of them. Some companies consulted with me to do their write ups too and I did. The owners just picked shitty ingredients that they'd source from overseas because they were popular on the boards, then they'd ask me to do a write up for them in exchange for supplements or a few hundred dollars. I can't name the names because I'd probably get sued, but all those "supplement reps" do shit like that. They're just paid supplements to engage with the online community, get them hyper, pump them up in their logs and get everyone excited about their supplements. Lots of the guys who've been doing it for a while will do write ups for the labels and promotional material. I sent one guy a really piece of shit write up thinking he'd edit it or ask me to cite the sources properly, but the next day he started a thread in the Supplement Company Promotion sub-forum and my write up was there! I couldn't believe it. I thought there was SOME sort of regulation or quality assurance, but there's none. I got boxes of shitty proteins and supplements for years and was always ecstatic.

I haven't followed the supplement scene in years but every now and again I look at those forums and see what's going down. Same old shit. They hype up these poor newbs so badly and they spend their entire pay cheques from their part time jobs on supplement orders. I feel so bad for them.

Many OTC sups are excellent. Go head and disregard them. Call me in a few years and ask me why you aren't famous and what went wrong.

It's the biggest breeding ground for that shitty industry, bro.

dustin is a good rednecks name

First name's really Wong Fei Hong. Dustin's just my English name. Here's a pic. Post my pic just like musclecenter.
