With all the bodybuilding deaths and general bad news...does anyone have anything positive going on in their lives or any good news they would like to share?

I love this site for comic relief, but can we have some positivity for a change? I don't know tbombz or any of these other body builders personally, but it does makes mr extremely sad to hear of someone's misfortunes. Would be nice for all of us who BS with one another day in and day out, to just wish each other pleasantries these next few days.

My knee is healing nicely after almost 10 weeks of physical therapy and much exercise. So there is hope. Even for the old, like me.
