750 mg will make a HUGE difference.  If your hair tolerates that, go up to 1 gram.  That is the dosage where i notice the biggest difference in size and strength.  18" is no problem based on what i see in your pics.  19-20" on 1 gram would be just a matter of time.  1 gram is the magic level of testosterona where huge gains start.

Anyways, happy to hear you finally got that parasite off of you.  She was draining your life energy.  The arms, the hair and the girls will soon all be in perfect harmony.
