I haven't had a decent workout in 6 months. I am about as close to looking like my natural self as I dare get. Hell, I have even given up my twice weekly sessions in the tanning bed. At my age, I may never get back what I've lost. Fortunately, some of what I have lost is body fat. I weighed 196 this morning. This is down from an average of 215 when I was hitting he gym 6 days a week. I have big bones, If I get too thin, I'll look like a fucking skeleton. Maybe I will break with tradition and actually resolve to get back to lifting on a regular basis. I can only milk this knee surgery thing so long. Tomorrow is the second to last of my physical therapy sessions. I'll be on my own again soon.
New Year, first thing to go is the scotch. Next thing to do is get up in the morning instead of sleeping until noon every frigging day. It's time for me to make some serious changes. Yeah!
