What makes a virus deadly is often the body's reaction, not the actual virus. So I'd up the dose of test, which dampens the immune response.

I actually had a professor in college when I took microbiology who was involved in developing bacterial/viral germ weapons during World War II. He said it was never used. It's against the Geneva convention but it doesn't mean the powers of the world don't have these weapons or study them.

Weapons of mass destruction like chemical, biological and nuclear strikes fear into all countries. I read the chemical weapons in Syria were obtained from Iraq. Remember when Iraq used them on the Kurds? Just a little wiped out hundreds quickly.
